Co-CEO

Marcellious “Deke” Stephens is co-owner and co-CEO of AllTech Systems, Inc. He has over 30 years of IT experience. In 1990 Deke leveraged his 18 years of IT project management and experience as an independent consultant to launch AllTech. His experience as a business analyst and project manager was instrumental in the development and implementation of the recruiting processes and workflows that lead AllTech to become a top IT staffing company. He has extensive experience in Oil & Gas financial systems and enterprise content management. Having witnessed the IT industry flourish from mainframe technology to Cloud computing, he is still quite passionate for the industry.
